We had the pleasure of hosting a private event at Doju for the Korea Tourism Organisation. The occasion brought guests into our kitchen and dining space to experience Korean food culture in an interactive and engaging way. This private function offered a unique Korean food experience, giving guests a chance to learn, cook, and taste — ideal for corporate team-building or any private group activity.
On the day, our guests put on Korean-style cooking arm sleeves, spreading seasoning onto cabbage while making kimchi together.
The cooking class includes two elements: a hands-on kimchi session, where guests prepared kimchi to take home, and a kitchen demonstration of pork belly bossam, highlighting the techniques and essential Korean sauces behind the dish.
Following the cooking class, guests enjoyed a flavourful Bossam lunch, completing the culinary experience from learning to tasting.
