Cooking Class & Bossam Lunch Experience

We had the pleasure of hosting a private event at Doju for the Korea Tourism Organisation. The occasion brought guests into our kitchen and dining space to experience Korean food culture in an interactive and engaging way.

The cooking class includes two elements: a hands-on kimchi session, where guests prepared kimchi to take home, and a kitchen demonstration of pork belly bossam, highlighting the techniques and essential Korean sauces behind the dish.

Following the cooking class, everyone enjoyed a flavourful Korean-style lunch featuring the pork belly bossam, completing the experience from learning to tasting.

It was wonderful to see guests engaging with the food and discovering something new. The day was filled with curiosity, laughter, and a shared appreciation for Korean culinary traditions.
