After their first collaboration sold out at Circl, Head Chef Elias Salo and Doju Head Chef Mika Chae are bringing it back — this time, at Doju.
For one night only, the two chefs return to the kitchen together with a menu that brings Scandi technique and modern Korean flavour to the table.
Expect wagyu, horseradish, dill, plenty of butter, and plenty of the creative energy that made the first collaboration one to remember.
