Doju joins Circl for a one-night-only collaboration dinner in Melbourne, where Head Chef Elias Salo and Doju Head Chef Mika Chae cook side by side behind the open pass.
This shared menu brings together Scandi technique and modern Korean flavour, built around exceptional seafood and the producers behind it — a meeting of perspectives shaped by technique, seasonality, and sourcing.
