We were delighted to be part of Pebble’s Boys of Summer series, joining chef Cam and the Pebble team for a one-night collaboration.
The evening was all about celebrating Australia’s finest seasonal produce through thoughtful and balanced dishes. It was a joy to share the kitchen, exchange ideas, and cook in a space that values creativity and connection as much as we do.
