Doju @ Korea Festival 2025


Doju on the grill!

Date: 24th & 25th May 2025 | 11AM-8:30PM
Venue: Fed Square, Melbourne


This year, we brought Doju outdoors to the Korea Festival — firing up our custom parrilla grill and filling the air with the smoke and spice of shared flavours.

On the menu: galbi wagyu skewers, gochujang chicken skewers, cumin lamb skewers, bulgogi wagyu sliders, and kimchi butter scallops. Each one a small bite of what we love most — fire, fermentation, and flavour layered with care.

It was a day of energy, conversation, and community — and we’re grateful to have shared it with so many new and familiar faces.
